Important Note: Shipping charges are paid in advance. Orders will only be processed and dispatched after the shipping charges have been received. Cash on Delivery (COD) applies to the product amount only (where applicable).

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping offers may be available during promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details and shipping information.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Alif Maison Perfumes will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) so our team can assist you.
