Exchange and Return

At Alif Maison Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality fragrances and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tested items for hygiene and safety reasons.

A return request may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item received is defective or leaking upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received.

  • Damaged product received.

  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unopened.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened perfumes.

  • Used products.

  • Tester packs and sample packs.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Orders purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

If your return request is approved and a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
